NIL stands for Natural Interface Library. However, it also stands for nil as in nothing, null, nada. This might become CoIL (for Command Interface Library) if we don't use GO.

READMEs will contain explanations of the various parts of the system and how they fit into the system as a whole.

TODOs will contain all the different pieces of and problems with the different parts of the system

TERMS will contain a basic explanation of the terms being used as well as the shorthand for those terms and an explanation for the shorthand if necessary.

Please document all code before submitting.
