HRKB - Human Resource Knowledge Base (prototype)

Main purpose of the app to maintain job candidates base and store different related metrics.

Features

Users - users managers and maintainers.
Candidates - candidates for job position
Criteria - different personal/profesional candidate characteristics
Ratings - aggregated ratings from evaluated candidate skills (criteria)
Search - search candidates by first/last names and departments
File upload - attach any files related to candidates (cv, images, pdf ..)
Notes - leave notes about candidates
Automated backups to AWS S3
Telegram bot to search candidates from messenger
Mailing via Mandril API
Bug reports to Gitlab from UI
