Experimental C++11 cross-platform software utility library. In design and
development.

Some of the characteristics of the library:

 - It uses a subset of C++11.

   The subset is everything, excluding exceptions and rtti. No comments on
   that decision.

 - Prefer to please 90%.

   Fulfilling the needs for majority instead of trying to fulfill everybody's
   needs. For example libzbs doesn't provide custom allocators for containers,
   because most people don't need them.

 - Prefer runtime over compile-time.

   Yes, C++11 has powerful compile-time mechanisms, but it doesn't mean that
   you have to use them for everything. As an example, libzbs may use a
   function pointer (or a similar abstraction) in a place where otherwise
   template functor argument could be used. Yes, it hurts performance, but at
   the same time it produces less code bloat and makes compilation faster.

 - Prefer user-friendly over high performance.

   If it's possible to do both - great, but the preference should be clear.
