Download vim from https://github.com/vim/vim-win32-installer/releases/latest and extract it if new release available.

Normally just execute UPDATE.cmd by double clicking.

If you find something strange, try to RESTORE.cmd

Copy three files (upvim.exe, UPDATE.cmd and RESTORE.cmd) into a directory where you want to install vim.
