AMQP to websockets bridge in Go

This is currently work in progress. Most likely it doesn't even work ;)

Things to do:

• Add specs (will need AMQP mocks and maybe a slight rewriter of the interface for dependency injection);
• Test in an actual app;
• Document the usage;
