Web application for perusing the filesystem. That is, you can navigate the filesystem, can look at the names of files, their timestamp and their sizes.

But you cannot read the files.

$ ./goperu 
Starting GUI server on: http://localhost:8081/goperu/
$

Now point your browser at the above URL and browse.
