Implements JSON-RPC 2.0 and JSON-RPC 2.0 Transport: HTTP specifications with following limitations:

• Client: Batch Request not supported.
• HTTP Client&Server: Pipelined Requests/Responses not supported.
• HTTP Client&Server: GET Request not supported.
