Package vpsc is binding to libvpsc from Adaptagrams for Go. Libvpsc is a C++ library for solving for the Variable Placement with Separation Constraints problem.

Run bash prepare.sh from the repository root to fetch the Adaptagrams sources.

This script on Windows creates vpsc.dll which should be on the PATH or in the same folder as the application.

Make it go gettable.
